Cancellation by Client
If a client cancels a confirmed booking, the following cancellation charges may apply:
20 days or more before travel – Full refund (excluding service charges)
15–19 days before travel – 50% cancellation charge
Less than 7 days before travel – No refund
Cancellation by Company
Limitless Vacation Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to cancel a tour due to unavoidable circumstances such as natural disasters, political unrest, or insufficient bookings. In such cases, clients will be offered an alternative date or refund as per company policy.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days depending on the payment method.
